1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Mindful Giving platform, operated by OneEach Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Mindful Giving provides a branded, hosted wishlist platform that integrates with Amazon Business Donation Driver, allowing donors to purchase in-kind items directly for a nonprofit organization.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your wishlist content, compliance with applicable nonprofit and tax regulations, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup. See our Pricing page for current rates. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

OneEach Technologies provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
