WEBSITE SETUP & SUPPORT
How long does it take to set up our Mindful Giving website?
We can have your site up and running within 48 hours, depending on your team's meeting availability, readiness of lists, etc. We tend to see organizations typically launch live in about a week. We will schedule a 45- to 60-minute onboarding call with your team to walk through the setup of your Mindful Giving and review how to use the platform. Then, you're ready to accept donations!
Will we have a dedicated account manager?
Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated U.S.-based account manager who can help answer questions, provide training, and be a resource you can reach out to at any time.
What does support include?
Along with your Mindful Giving site, you will also have access to 24/7/365 support and be assigned a dedicated account manager.
Is there training for our staff on how to use the backend?
Yes. We will provide training on how to use the platform. Depending on the number of users who need training, we can offer one-on-one or group training. Training can be recorded so it can be referenced by your team. You can also reach out to your account manager for additional training or a refresher.
CAMPAIGN SETUP
How long does it take to set up campaigns?
Campaign creation takes just minutes within the Mindful Giving platform. You can easily import an existing Amazon wishlist into the site's inventory and then assign those items to a campaign. As long as you have your campaign details ready - including name, delivery address, and wishlist items - the setup process is very quick.
Are we able to have multiple campaigns at the same time?
Yes. Depending on which package you select, you can have multiple campaigns live at one time. Our standard packages max at 75 campaigns, but we can put together custom quotes for any number of campaigns needed.

How can I follow up with donors to thank them and provide donation receipts?
Mindful Giving automatically sends the thank-you note for you! This can be customized depending on the package you choose, and also functions as the donation receipt.
How does Mindful Giving benefit our donors?
Mindful Giving allows donors to see exactly what items your organization needs, choose what they want to donate, and enter the amounts of cash they give to your organization. This creates transparency and a more personalized giving experience for each donor.
Is there a way to capture donor information so we can keep in touch with them?
Yes. During the checkout process, we ask the donor to fill in their contact information. The information is collected and shows up in your order reports and can be exported into a standard CSV file for easy import into your donor management platform.
How will Mindful Giving streamline our process of receiving, processing, and distributing in-kind donations?
Mindful giving helps keep all of your information consolidated and easy to access. Within your order data, you will be able to see which items were purchased per order, who the donor was who purchased those items, which campaign the order came from, and if the donor added any additional cash donation to the product donation.
Mindful Giving also allows you to set specific shipping addresses per campaign so that products can be delivered exactly where they need to go. No need to collect donations in one location and then transport them to another.
TRACKING
Can I track the amount of in-kind donations we generate each year?
Yes. You will have the ability to export a CSV file with all the donation and donor information. This will allow you to not only view the information from the in-kind donations you have received, but also import that data into your CRM, donor management platform, newsletter list, etc.
Can I track how many donors participate each year?
Yes. With the ability to export all order information, including donor information such as first/last name, email address, and street address, you will be able to track which donors are new and see how many donors choose to give to your organization.
Can I track the average and/or median in-kind donation amount?
Yes. You will have the ability to export a CSV file with all the donation and donor information. Then you can analyze and deconstruct to find the data you need.
Is there a way to track the donations for individual and/or multiple campaigns?
Yes. Within your order reporting, you will be able to see which orders came from specific campaigns, allowing you to track the success of each campaign separately and as a group. Everything is fulfilled through your Amazon Business account as well, so you can track the donations in transit.

Are there different tiers of pricing based on how large or small our organization is?
Yes. There are different packages available for Mindful Giving. All package options use the same core platform to collect items from donors that will be fulfilled by Amazon and sent directly to your organization.
The differences in packages are the features and appearance options to fit your specific needs. We have packages that give you the ability to run a single campaign up to enterprise options for large nonprofits.
